Detect E. coli O157:H7 rapidly with the highly specific, real-time Thermo Scientific™ SureTect™ E. coli O157:H7 PCR Assay.
The assay holds AOAC Performance Tested MethodsSM approval granted by the AOAC Research Institute for analysis of up to 375 g of raw beef meats and fresh produce. The assay is also validated according to ISO 16140-2:2016 and certified by NF Validation™ by AFNOR for analysis of dairy products and up to 375 g raw meat products and vegetables.
The new SureTect assay format incorporates color-coded plastics with orientation markings and breakable strip format, colored reagents, and pierceable seals to enable an optimized workflow for maximum laboratory efficiency and productivity.
