Simply and accurately detect Cronobacter species in low or large sample sizes of powdered infant formula, and related ingredients, and production environment samples, in less than 20 hours with the Thermo Scientific SureTect Cronobacter Species PCR Assay.
The assay is AFNOR (ISO 16140-2:2016) AOAC (RI) validated on infant formula and cereals with and without probiotics, related ingredients, and production environment samples.
The new SureTect assay format incorporates color-coded plastics with orientation markings and a breakable strip format, colored reagents and pierceable seals to enable an optimized workflow for maximum laboratory efficiency and productivity.
